Main technical features

Quartz sand filter: It contains quartz sand filter to remove iron oxide, suspended solids from water. The inner tank is epoxy coated to prevent rust. Activated carbon: It contains activated carbon to remove suspended solids, organic matter, and remove taste, color and odor. The inner tank is epoxy coated to prevent rust.

Polypropylene sediment filter: It prevents granular activated carbon from entering the main reverse osmosis system. The material is recycled resin, water softener is added, water hardness ratio is reduced and water is softened. It has an automatic backwash control system.

Main performance and structural features

RO system is key part for the water treatment system, which is widely used to make the pure water and drinking water. RO membrane removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute such as iron, Virus, bacteria and solids is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.The pipe, valves and fittings (including tubing) ball valves, butterfly valves, piping used to the system is SS304. Reverse Osmosis Modules is equipped with sample valve for the convenience to check the product water.
