Main technical features:

        The bagged beverage filling and packaging line is usually used for packaging of various fruit-flavored beverages, dairy-flavored beverages, and other liquid fillings. The packaging line includes raw water tanks, pure water tanks, reverse osmosis membrane water treatment systems, UHT plate sterilization systems, etc.

         First, groundwater or river water is pumped into the raw water tank through a deep well pump, and then purified by reverse osmosis water treatment equipment to obtain pure water and store it in the pure water tank for subsequent use. The pure water inside the pure water tank is pumped out by a water pump and mixed with the blended raw materials treated by a high shear tank, and further mixed in a mixing tank to obtain various beverages that meet the taste. During this period, the inside of the tank can be cleaned by the CIP system, without manual cleaning, which is convenient and efficient. After the beverage is sterilized by high temperature in the UHT sterilization system, it is stored in an insulation tank, and finally packaged, filled and sealed by a composite film packaging machine to obtain the final product.
