Main performance and structural characteristics:

This machine is composed of cap sorter, control system, filling and capping system, feeding control system and other parts. The electrical control system has PLC, touch screen, temperature controller, relay, switching power supply and other components. The filling and capping system is composed of cylinder, filling nozzle, speed regulating motor and other components. The feeding control system is composed of piston pump.

The machine is simple, intelligent, stable, reliable and practical in design. lt adopts SUS304 stainless steel and food grade materials. The machine has automatic filling and automatic capping and sealing functions.

The specific features of the machine are user visual operation (touch screen + PLC control system). Horizontal bag conveying and automatic sealing. No bag, no filling; no cover, no filling. Automatic quantitative filling, suitable for filling viscous fluids, slurries and small particles (≤3mm).
